Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Manager – Supply Chain Management and Strategy will manage and execute strategic initiatives across inventory management and supply chain. The senior manager will summarize and present supply chain initiatives to leaders. This individual will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing operational efficiency and strategic planning.
- Lead and implement critical initiatives including cross-functional project management, change management, analysis and modeling, and communication of insights and recommendations
- Track and report out on inventory management related metrics
- Oversee project budgets and tracking of expenses in order to maintain cost control
- Identify and address potential budget variances to meet financial objectives
- Prepare and deliver presentations that effectively communicate insights and recommendations to division leaders, using data storytelling to highlight key findings
- Support ad hoc projects by creating clear, concise reports tailored to executive audiences
- Collaborate and engage with cross-functional leaders and partners across the Supply Chain organization, such as Planning, Shops, Supplier Management, and Warehousing and Distribution
- Develop and implement strategic plans and identify areas of opportunity that improve operational performance and achieve sustainable results
- Proactively assess and identify critical areas of opportunity, prioritizing those with highest potential impact
- Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities to enhance performance and achieve organizational goals effectively

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, finance, operational management, operations research or engineering or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of confirmed experience in fields of the Supply Chain, Airline or Manufacturing Industry
- Experience leading and/or mentoring a team
- Ability to align on goals with division leaders, set strategy for the team and deliver results in a timely and succinct format
- Monitoring key projects and report out periodically on status
- Ability to work in a cross functional division, aligning on goals and vision to ensure optimum results
- MS office, knowledge of relational database models, strong modeling skills, proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong people skills and ability to develop internal and external relationships
- Strong technical, interpersonal, verbal and presentation skills
- Strategic problem solver with track record of implementing innovative solutions
- Keen sense of curiosity, high learning agility, intuition for business, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change, leader with vision with a bias towards action and team focused
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

- Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification
- 3+ years of leadership experience
