Salary: $165,000 - $195,000 / year
Overview:
We are hiring a highly-motivated, energetic Strategic Finance Senior Manager to be a key leader partnering with leadership to meet the company’s financial goals while surfacing risks, opportunities and analyses to cross-functional partners across the business. You will join a high impact, dynamic team with no shortage of challenging opportunities to tackle. A successful candidate will build strategic partnerships across business units, develop robust processes and models, and build accurate forecasts and transparent reporting around key operating metrics.
As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to work with and learn from experienced finance professionals with prior roles at leading technology and finance companies like Tinder, Zoom, Uber, and Silver Lake. What you'll do:
- Build and maintain monthly bookings, income statement and cash flow models by developing strong processes, a sharp understanding of the business operations and translating those insights into defensible forecasts.
- Own & improve various existing support models for consumer financing providers, refunds / disputes, A/R collections, co-counsel payouts, corporate headcount, compensation, overhead OpEx.
- Build and maintain the financial long-range planning (LRP) and annual budgeting processes and models to achieve the overall company strategy, partnering with key stakeholders across Finance and Operations.
- Analyze trends & results and build forecast-to-actual variance reporting to clearly communicate insights to leadership, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate within the Accounting and Financial Operations teams during the monthly close process to ensure accuracy of financials and seamless integration of data and information.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to support the growth of the business and identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
- Supporting equity and debt fundraising, investor relations workstreams, M&A processes, and other corporate finance initiatives.
- Assist with the documentation and management of project roadmaps and goals.
- Develop plans for improving existing processes with a focus on automation, scalability, and efficiency.
- Autonomously identify problems and break through any barriers to build defensible models that drive financial growth & operational optimization.
Who you are:
- Minimum 6-8+ years of work experience in investment banking, consulting, FP&A at a high-growth company, or accounting (Big 4)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management or equivalent is preferred; MBA a plus
- Superior Excel skills and financial modeling experience required
- Familiarity aggregating data from Netsuite, Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau, Rippling or similar data stack
- Working SQL skills and the ability to self-serve in a geographically distributed environment
- Sharp, detail-oriented, data-driven and creative approach to problem-solving and unphased by ambiguity
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to develop productive cross functional relationships and to communicate to all employee levels across all formats (oral, written, presentation, data)
- Thrives on team dynamics, willing to accept challenges as we build out the Finance team and possesses the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions (with colleagues located in both Tel Aviv and across the US)
