Job Details
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in equity administration or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree or certification (e.g., CEP) is a plus.
- Deep understanding of equity compensation, including the tax and legal aspects.
- Experience with equity management platforms (e.g., E*TRADE, Shareworks, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting and financial reporting standards related to equity compensation.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
