We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Manager, Social& Content to lead our efforts in driving top-of-funnel growth and amplifying our brand presence through social and content.
In this role, you will own all aspects of our social media channels, from strategy to execution, ensuring our content reaches and resonates with the widest possible audience.In this role, you’ll work directly with the producers of our Public Media Network shows and get support from the Public creative teams.

video editors, animators, etc.)Collaborate with Public Media Network producers to get the most out of our current content—how can it be adapted to be used across channels, in the most engaging ways.Analyze current shows and content to identify additional opportunities for scaling reach and engagementStrong writing, captions, post contentCheck-list of where everything should beTrend Analysis & AdaptationStay current on platform updates, emerging technologies, and social media trends to keep strategies innovativeContinuously test and refine content types, posting schedules, and engagement tactics based on performance insights.Performance MonitoringTrack, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize growthWho You Are:7+ years of experience working across editorial, content, and social mediaAbility to effectively own and individually manage various workstreams (ie.

The cash compensation range for this role is $135k-$175k, based on skills and experience.
