Job Overview:
As the Senior Manager of Sales Operations for Commercial Plasma (CP), you'll play a pivotal role in liaising between our customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations within the CP organization. You'll serve as the advocate for our customers, representing their needs and priorities in alignment with our plasma collection device and soft goods product requirements. Collaboration will be key as you work closely with various teams within our company, fostering effective communication and swift resolution of urgent matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations related to plasma collection devices and soft goods product requirements, addressing logistical, quality, and contractual concerns.
Conduct Quarterly Business Review meetings with customers, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong relationships.
Optimize resource utilization to maximize Return on Invested Capital (ROIC), particularly through effective asset (device) management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the business unit, ensuring customer contract compliance and leveraging contracts for maximum financial impact.
Cultivate and manage relationships with key operational contacts within our customer base, aligning with broader company strategies.
Serve as the Commercial liaison for new Plasma Center openings, providing support for device planning, installations, and required trainings.
Develop and implement benchmarking tools to enhance customer and company value, focusing on industry KPIs.
Collaborate with technical marketing, quality, and supply chain teams to facilitate clear communication on product-related changes and inventory planning.
Assist in financial planning by providing accurate customer forecasts and act as the main point of contact for order escalations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales operations, account management, or customer service within a supply chain environment.
Medical Device experience is desirable, though not mandatory.
3+ years of experience in preparing and delivering customer quarterly and annual business review presentations.
Proficiency in developing process improvement procedures related to customer support, supply planning, device fleet management, and contract administration.
Strong familiarity with MRP planning tools (e.g., Oracle, SAP), Agile, and Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with comfort in interacting with customers via various channels.
