Compensation:          $120K -$180K based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Chairing the Compliance Committee: Develop agendas and meeting materials, document meetings, and collaborate with outside counsel and consultants.
• Policy Management: Ensure compliance and privacy policies align with current regulatory standards and industry guidance. Work with Department Managers to implement these policies across all business lines.
• Conducting Investigations: Collaborate with leaders to conduct compliance investigations and keep Senior Management and key stakeholders informed of the results.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in healthcare compliance program leadership, preferably in a medical setting.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with administrative and clinical leadership on compliance matters such as investigations, initiatives, and policy development.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to independently identify process bottlenecks and create solutions to enhance business process efficiency and effectiveness.
