What You'll Do:We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Product Marketing who will lead all functions of product and brand marketing for Wilson’s golf business. Responsibilities include global campaign and creative development, media planning, go-to-market strategy, content, and retail marketing. This role will help shape a team culture of accountability, creativity, and quality.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the team in creating successful global product marketing campaigns.
- Define global brand and product strategy, including positioning, unique selling points, and go-to-market approach based on strategic target audiences, market, and golfer insights.
- Lead global cross-functional teams responsible for pulling together integrated global business results for their portfolio.
- Provide direction to internal creative teams and external agencies to deliver key marketing and creative assets and programs while ensuring alignment across multiple partners.
- Collaborate with key global regional marketing teams to develop and implement executional plans for campaigns.
This role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, or related field. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience working in brand and product marketing. Prior experience in the golf and/or consumer packaged goods industries is highly preferred.
Other qualifications include:
- Strong passion for the game of golf, with experience in the golf industry a plus.
- Demonstrated record of success in developing high impact global consumer strategies, marketing campaigns, brand marketing, and consumer packaged goods GTM strategies.
- Proven experiences and understanding of all facets of the marketing verticals including consumer insights, product positioning, consumer promotions, and creative development.
- Ability to be flexible and work within a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
