The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is **$147,950.00 -- $227,850.00** annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Workforce Solutions - Renew Sales Team is seeking a rockstar Principal Product Manager to oversee major product initiatives for personal and Hybrid systems across Renew Solutions in the Americas market. In this role, you will be responsible for critical product initiatives to build Renew Solutions business. You set the product vision, define use cases, analyze customer and financial implications, and ultimately choose the most promising path for success. You drive prioritization across multiple internal teams, communication with internal stakeholders and the go to market plan. You are an evangelist of HP Renew solutions promoting new offerings to both our internal and external partners and customers, defining success metrics, and accelerating adoption. This role sits within the Renew Solutions group. This role is responsible for operational success, strategic alignment and integration of activities with other major organizational functions. This role is fully accountable for the success of the group by influencing strategy and setting policy and direction.
