Description
Amazon Fuse develops and leads large scale partnerships for Amazon that drive growth for our consumer service offerings including Prime, Amazon Music, Prime Video, Twitch, Audible, Kindle and more with a focus on mobile led growth with Mobile Operators and OEMs. We are looking for a Sr. Manager to lead our app preload placement business and strategy. The Sr. Manager will contribute to the overall performance of the business by driving strategy, owning all internal touchpoints - Monthly Business Review, Quarterly Business Review, annual plan(OP1), and ad-hoc docs, supporting the business development organization with external Carrier and OEM partner deals, and collaborating internally with stakeholders/teams on new initiatives to drive subscription distribution, shopping usage, and video and music streaming at scale. The role will require coordination with internal and external stakeholders across the overall Amazon mobile ecosystem to support lighthouse customers for new use cases, execute scalable go-to-market programs developed with Fuse leadership, and serve as a key liaison for strategic partnerships. In particular, this role will focus on managing distribution, initiatives, and engagement programs with Amazon mobile offerings (Shopping, Prime Video, Amazon Music Unlimited, and Amazon Fuse - Prime, Prime Video).

Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of cross functional project delivery experience, or a MBA and 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
- 7+ years of team management experience
- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience working with, presenting to and influencing senior executives up to VP level
- Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience defining and executing program requirements
- Experience managing teams of 6 or more
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience in business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- Experience in developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience working with emerging technologies
- Experience managing P&L
- Experience owning business strategy for a product, including executive level communication
- Experience with a Smartphone OEM, Mobile Operator, or Large Technology company

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $121,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $225,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
