CHG's Analytics & Business Intelligence organization is looking for a dynamic leader with experience implementing People Analytics and leading a team of skilled analysts/developers. In this role you will partner with Culture & Engagement, DEI, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations teams to understand and prioritize analysis needs. You will work closely with your team to deliver actionable insights and reporting using SQL, Tableau, Excel, and other tools. You will utilize your strong communication skills to present analysis, provide feedback, communicate successes, and drive adoption of the tools your team creates.
Success in this role will require collaboration and building strong relationships with stakeholders, individual contributors, data engineers, fellow analytics teams, and your leadership peers. Responsibilities
- Team Leadership
- Lead, inspire, and grow a highly skilled team of Analytics/BI professionals.
- Establish standards, workflows, and best practices to maximize impact and quality on your team.
- Collaborate with analytics leadership to create consistent and engaging cross-team employee experience.
- Partner with data engineering to create scalable data sources.
- Eliminate obstacles hindering progress.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and development within the team.
- Analytics Leadership
- Ensure effective intake and prioritization of analysis and reporting requests.
- Partner with stakeholders to create a strategic roadmap of analytical support for the next 1-3 years.
- Solve complex data challenges with precision and attention to detail.
- Leverage advance analytics methodologies and tools to drive People Analytics beyond descriptive analysis.
- Ensure sustainability and adoption of data driven tools and solutions.
- Utilize analytics and data mining skills to provide timely, actionable guidance.
- Collaborate with and inspire stakeholders to create consistent cross team data definitions and processes.
Qualifications
- Proven people leadership experience.
- Ability to translate business objectives into actionable analytics opportunities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts.
- Technical expertise in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
- Experience developing reports in data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience leading and hiring technically skilled individual contributors.
- 5+ years of experience in People Analytics roles.
Preferred
- Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Snowflake, Tableau, Python/R, Workday
- Familiarity with predictive analytics and machine learning techniques for workforce planning.
We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $102,000 -- $247,200 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.
CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
