That's the DRL - a league pushing the boundaries of drone technology and redefining sports entertainment. We broadcast on major networks and streaming platforms worldwide, captivating audiences with immersive content and visually stunning races.
The Role
As our Senior Marketing Manager, you'll be the go-to leader for the DRL brand. You'll spearhead strategic initiatives to build a passionate global fanbase, drive revenue growth, and curate innovative experiences for tech-savvy fans.
What You'll Do
Become a Fan Engagement Guru: Craft strategic marketing campaigns to cultivate a thriving DRL community. This includes event launches, pilot spotlights, and interactive experiences (think DRL SIM integration!).
Brand Mastermind: Sharpen the DRL brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms. Manage our website, social media channels, and email marketing efforts.
Media Maven: Oversee partnerships with media outlets, coordinate race streaming on our social channels, and build strong relationships with broadcast marketing teams.
The Gaming and Merch Maestro: Drive engagement with the DRL SIM and other gaming platforms. Oversee online merchandise sales and design VIP event merchandise.
Event Hype Machine: Develop eye-catching branding materials for DRL events and strategize ticket sales promotions.
Content Creation Champion: Oversee live streaming of races, manage post-event social media coverage, and spearhead media relations and influencer partnerships.
Partnership Pro: Support sales teams with creative ideas and assets, craft proposals, and manage paid media campaigns.
Data Detective: Conduct fan research, analyze audience demographics, and track the success of our marketing efforts.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's a plus).
5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in sports or entertainment.
Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
Proven track record of growing fan bases and managing successful partnerships.

Compensation and Benefits
