Use your storytelling skills and be a leader in driving strategy, communication, and content production to provide support to WNY children and families through this non-profit.
You’ll manage the regional marketing and communication efforts creating brand and messaging strategies, engaging key stakeholders, and raising awareness, donations, and supporters.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You will be tasked with upholding brand standards and adhering to company best practices, policies, and procedures.
You’ll lead the storytelling strategies and collaborate across departments, participating families, and alumni to produce content (written stories, photos, videos, etc.) and messaging (email, social, website, and traditional media).
Develop and manage relationships with partners, media, sponsors, and donors to deepen ties and inspire greater engagement and impact.
You’ll play a part in content creation leading up to major fundraisers, galas, and events.
What You’ll Need for Success:
- 4-6 years of experience in marketing including copywriting, editing, media communications, social media, and analysis
- Bachelors Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to commute to the Rochester-based office 3 days per week.
The base salary range for this role is $60, 000 to $70, 000. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual base salary offered will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
