SodaStream USA is seeking a dynamic, highly collaborative and passionate marketer to join our team. You will be responsible for building brand awareness and consumer demand, through paid, earned and owned channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in creative development, media planning, digital advertising and culture marketing- helping to drive consumer and cultural relevance.
The Senior Manager Marketing Communications will be at the center of growing SodaStream’s brand equity, new product awareness, and educational consideration for all portfolio categories. Success in role will be represented through improved brand health, effectively scaled audience reach, and strengthened consumer pull at retail.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement SodaStream USA communications plan to drive awareness, build occasions, and retain owners through a deep understanding of consumer.
- Manage annual calendar of ATL activity including 360 campaigns, new product launches, and seasonal programs – partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable KPI’s.
- Manage full funnel media strategy, in partnership with e-commerce, shopper, and data science to execute reach, audience and measurement objectives.
- Build and manage relationships with key creative, media, and PR agency partners to deliver effective services at an efficient A&M investment.
- Develop relationships with internal cross functional teams that can provide support and expertise in specific areas, including shopper marketing, insights/analytics, and customer care.
- Support in developing the Marketing Communications strategy within the Annual Operating Plan process.

Requirements:
· BA required, MBA preferred
· 8-10 years of marketing experience in relevant fields (brand, agency)
· Campaign and/or program development/management experience
· Proven experience leading and collaborating within cross-discipline teams and agency partners
· Experience managing campaign or programs from briefing through production and in-market execution
· Strategic mind with an ability to think broadly, refine questions, and influence multiple decision makers
· Highly analytical, motivated, and persistent leader with excellent managerial skills
Benefits
The expected compensation range for this position is between $140,000 - $175,000
Confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
