- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with strategic goals
- Analyze marketing workflows across the customer journey, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement and implementing solutions for enhanced efficiency
- Centralize the Glassbox martech stack around Marketo— building for scale, hygiene, and velocity
- Develop and maintain documentation for marketing processes, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing
- Monitor key performance metrics and generate reports and insights into campaign effectiveness and areas of optimization
- Partner with Revenue, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders to drive value and efficiency across the entire customer lifecycle through unified metrics and data
- Lead and develop operational initiatives for our revenue engine, working with Sales and Revenue Operations
- Identify opportunities using results data and recommend operational improvements and strategies to optimize the company's ability to generate more revenue and improve customer retention
- Ensure that data findings are appropriately visualized in a way that will resonate with stakeholders and clearly highlight implications
- 5+ years of Marketo (or other marketing automation platform) experience with 2-3 years of Salesforce experience
- A high bar for delivery and quality control, extreme ownership on user and customer experience behind marketing ops-supported processes
- Excellent project management abilities to coordinate complex, multi-faceted marketing projects on time and within scope
- Effective collaboration skills to support and build trust with cross-functional teams
- Excellent understanding of Lead Scoring and Management, Lead Routing, and Lifecycle Management
