Job Details
Responsibilities for this position will encompass:
- Income tax provision calculations, including effective tax rate, uncertain tax positions, valuation allowance, etc.
- Prepare, manage, and review Transfer Pricing calculations and documentation.
- International Tax: Manage and review U.S. international tax calculations, GILTI, BEAT, FTC, FDII, and assess the impact of acquisitions or divestitures.
- Budget ETR, cash tax forecasts, and other financial projections.
- Research and Development tax credits.
- Ad hoc projects: transfer pricing modeling, M&A, sales & use tax withholding, business contracts, tax planning
- Manage IRS audits
- Public Accounting experience Required - Big 4 experience preferred
- CPA preferred
- Proven experience in Tax roles with a focus on Enterprise Software or related high-tech industries.
