Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate Global HR professional who will help drive HR functional excellence and strategic support to the business in the areas of human capital data management and analytics, HR process management, and workforce management. This individual will have the opportunity to utilize their strong business acumen, HR generalist experience, global cultural awareness, and analytical mindset to drive data and process integrity, and enable confident people-related, data-based decision making. In this role, the Global Human Resources Senior Manager will serve as a key member of the Global HR team and work collaboratively with business leaders around the world to develop and execute strategies that support CooperVision’s long range strategic plan. The role has many diverse features and requires a high degree of flexibility and multi-tasking to ensure a brighter future for all our employees, customers, and stakeholders.
Essential Functions & Accountabilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on Culture, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and overall HR Processes.
- Builds trusted partnership relationships with key stakeholders in a way that demonstrates business savviness, with the ability to influence others.
- Provides expert advice and support to leaders and managers on the full range of employment-related matters, consulting or working in conjunction with other HR colleagues as necessary.
- Manage and execute on HR initiatives with partnership from our HR Centers of Expertise (Talent Management, Total Rewards, and Inclusion and Diversity).
- Coordinate the activities of a globally dispersed group of HR professionals with responsibility for data management, driving consistency in ways of working and enabling the ability to identify regional/local best practices that can be scaled globally.
- Identifies areas of process improvement and works effectively to implement resolutions on a timely basis.
- Identify and align Global HRLT on key deliverables & outcomes.
- Lead global implementation of strategic workforce planning.
Work Environment:
- Predominantly onsite office working environment with occasional pre-approved working from home ad-hoc arrangements.
- Requirement to work irregular hours to accommodate global partners across time zones may be required on occasion.
- Occasional international and domestic travel required, up to approximately 10%.
Experience:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources management supporting a global organization.
- Demonstrated HR experience directly related to the essential functions of this role, including but not limited to HRIS administration, human capital analytics, strategic workforce planning, and process management.
- Proven experience of participating or leading HR projects / Change Management projects.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across locations.
- Experience handling high-volume and complex strategic projects.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR Management, or related field required. Master’s degree strongly preferred.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $116,316.00 and $166,165.00and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
