Job Title: Senior Manager, Global Digital Marketing
Job Description:
As the Senior Manager of Global Digital Marketing, you'll lead our Center of Excellence (CoE) to drive strategic marketing initiatives and uphold best practices across various digital marketing functions, with a focus on paid search and paid social, content syndication, and audience engagement.
Your responsibilities will include:
Strategy Articulation: Implementing strategic initiatives to enhance digital marketing capabilities, aligning business requirements with agency delivery.
Best Practice Establishment: Developing and maintaining best practices for digital marketing channels, particularly paid search and paid social.
Knowledge Sharing: Facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, and training programs to keep team members informed about trends, new capabilities, and foster collaboration.
Performance Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing digital marketing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with the agency to generate action plans for enhancement.
Budget Oversight: Managing and overseeing digital marketing budgets effectively.
Stability: Ensuring consistency of strategy and approach in delivering digital marketing activities.
Advocacy: Effectively communicating with internal stakeholders, senior management, and external partners to provide clarity on the CoE's role and the value of digital marketing initiatives to the business.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
12+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ years of people/team management.
Minimum 5 years of experience working with a media agency.
Proficiency in paid search and social platform algorithms, with a broader understanding of industry trends.
Key Competencies:
Strong leadership and partnership skills.
Experience in budget management, agency management, project management, and resource planning.
Technical proficiency in paid search and social platform algorithms.
Experience implementing full-funnel testing strategies.
Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms.
Drive for results and execution.
Ability to thrive in a matrixed organizational environment.
