Are you a brand enthusiast with a flair for innovation? We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to champion our renowned Epic Pass brand. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in translating our brand strategy into captivating marketing initiatives, fostering brand awareness, and nurturing emotional connections with our guests. Collaborating closely with the Pass business team and our in-house creatives, you'll spearhead world-class go-to-market campaigns that leave a lasting impression.

Compensation: Starting at $100,000 - $130,000 per annum (plus annual bonus), commensurate with experience
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the Brand Director to drive the Epic Pass brand strategy across core, regional, and specialty pass products.
Lead and mentor a team of passionate brand managers and specialists, fostering a culture of professional growth and collaboration.
Oversee the development and execution of Epic Pass go-to-market campaigns across various channels.
Uphold brand standards and guidelines while managing internal and external creative partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize brand strategy and drive business results.
Stay abreast of industry trends and anticipate future opportunities to evolve the brand.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to enhance guest engagement and brand loyalty.
Inspire team members and consumers to become advocates for the brand.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field (emphasis on brand or creative strategy preferred).
8+ years of experience in brand management with a track record of driving impactful results.
Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience leading teams and collaborating with creative professionals and external agencies.
Proficiency in MS Office applications; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
