We’re looking for an amazing Sr. Manager, Dining Reservations reporting to our Fort Lauderdale office. You’ll be responsible for improving the entire guests’ experience, both pre-cruise and onboard, when it comes to dining reservations. The Sr Manager of Dining Reservation will also have a crucial role on increasing the pre cruise specialty dining revenue, as well as to optimize the reservation systems. The role will act as the liaison between Dining Operations, Call Centers and Tech development and ensure that the reservation system is meeting business needs. Will be shoreside leadership for 16 shipboard Dine Line Supervisors. Will be responsible for launching the Dine Line program and ensuring successful operation.

Responsibilities
- Maintain the Reservation system in good conditions
- Ensure the Dine Line Call Centre achieves the assigned KPIs when it comes to NPS and Revenue
- Ensure that all reservation system users are properly trained
- Ensure that all training materials are up to date and regular knowledge checks are performed for all dining reservations users
- Liase with Dining Operations Leadership, both shipboard and shoreside and provide recommendations when it comes to improve utilization
- Ensure that the reservation system is always in sync with the physical seating inventory onboard
- Ensure that the reservation system is always in sync with the opening hours of all restaurants onboard
- Act as the first support for shipboard teams and call centers teams
Requirements
- Leadership and Engagement Skills
- Hospitality certificate or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years in Restaurant Operations
- Minimum 5 years in a managerial role within Hospitality.
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
- Experience with various reservations systems
- Minimum 5 years in a managerial role within Hospitality.

- Base Salary Range: $100,000.00 to $135,00.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
