Job Description:
Senior Demand Generation Manager will play an integral role in orchestrating and executing b2b digital marketing and lead generation/demand generation strategies for Zerto. Beginning with database and target company profile (ICP) as a foundation, the individual will be tasked with leading online initiatives that leverage data and hyper-targeting technologies to acquire and nurture qualified leads, drive them through the path to sales readiness, and build pipeline growth. Senior Demand Generation Manager will lead various marketing projects from concept and strategy through execution, measurement, and optimization.
Core areas of focus will include:
- Lead Lifecycle Management and Lead Nurturing
- ABM and Personalization
- Database Segmentation and Targeting Strategy
- Marketing Optimization and Enablement
- Participate in Zerto.com Blog and Content Strategy
- Demand Generation Funnel Optimization
- Global and Industry-Level Campaign Management
Responsibilities:
- Devise data-driven strategies to form and execute scalable end-to-end online lead generation and engagement programs
- Manage marketing orchestration capabilities such as list segmentation and scoring to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement and ultimately conversion of prospects
- Lead collaboration between Sales and Digital Marketing; provide regular campaign updates, encourage feedback and implement optimizations to ensure Marketing produces highly qualified leads that contribute to the sales pipeline
- Uncover opportunity and drive change by proactively identifying digital marketing innovations and activating the latest b2b marketing technologies
- Scrutinize CRM, site analytics and marketing attribution data to provide insights and guidance to acquire leads aligned to target buying personas
- Track and report across all online channels and utilizes online reporting tools
- Coordinate with Global and Industry teams to synthesize campaigns to local segments and targets
- Collaborate with Zerto.com web strategy team to devise blog content and optimization strategy
Skills and Essential Functions:
- Mastery-level (7+ years) interdisciplinary digital demand generation experience
- B2B experience a must
- Web Analytics, Marketing Automation (Ideally Marketo) and Salesforce experience a must
- Lead funnel analysis and optimization experience required
- Must have expert-level knowledge of demand generation and lead nurturing tactics
- Must have strong written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills and be able to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across the Sales and Marketing teams

Annual Salary: $86,000.00 - $198,000.00
