Drata is looking for a Sr. Manager, Demand Generation. This person will be a key member of the growing Revenue Marketing team at a fast-growing, B2B SaaS leader in compliance automation . You will build and manage the integrated campaign function that includes paid media and programs, and demand strategy. We’re looking for someone who has built this function before and knows what it takes to make all the parts work together seamlessly at global scale.We pride ourselves in our ability to move quickly and get the job done, and are committed to making sure every team member is set up to exceed expectations and learn and grow in their role. This role will lead the demand generation team, and focus on acquisition, though they will be a key player in retention strategies.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the function responsible for developing integrated campaigns that drive awareness and quality pipeline that converts to revenue
- Collaborate with brand and content teams to drive appropriate messaging & creative throughout the funnel
- Determine channel selection, strategy, execution, and budget of integrated campaign motion
- Work cross-functionally with product marketing, field/events, brand, data, PR and other functions to learn and refine campaign & demand channel performance
- Create reporting vision and continually direct the optimization of campaigns & demand generation efforts; partner with marketing business analyst to forecast the impact of global campaigns and channel on marketing pipeline
- Partner with marketing operations to implement and operationalize campaigns, including reporting, analytics and tech stack requirements
- Oversee demand generation team, aligning programs, paid media and collaborating on account-based strategy; oversee paid and campaign budgets and maximize for ROI
- Develop repeatable programs, such as webinars, digital events, sales plays, to drive efficient pipeline in partnership with field marketing
- Partner with Sales leadership, SDRs and Account Executives to nurture and create pipeline, test messaging, and drive revenue
What you bring:
- 9 - 10 years of experience in integrated campaigns, demand gen, marketing program management and account based marketing (ABM), with 5+ years of direct management experience
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate marketing goals into actionable campaigns and strategies
- Built and scaled a demand and/or campaigns function at a 75M+ company
- Deep understanding of paid media strategies and execution, agency management experience
- Experience managing high-velocity pipeline with short sales cycles, where every week’s numbers are meaningful to the monthly business
- Experience championing segment and industry campaigns
- Superb project & team management skills; a track record of managing teams that have exceeded goals
- Expertise with Salesforce, 6sense(ABM tools), and other intent-based platforms; ability to be a key stakeholder in building and scaling tech stack
- Centered on building relationships across the organization to get the job done and elevate your team
- Proven experience managing 7-figure budgets that drive measurable pipeline, revenue and return on investment
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Open mindedness and desire to coach and mentor a team and others
- Deep B2B saas experience, security always a plus

This role will receive a competitive base salary, benefits, and equity. The applicable salary range for each US-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers based on the cost of labor for that geographic area. The expected salary ranges for this role are set forth below.
Tier 1: $117,650 - $219,450
Tier 2: $105,885 - $197,505
Tier 3: $94,120 - $175,560
