You’ll manage a talented team of analysts and a Sales Compensation Manager, delivering timely reports and fulfilling ad hoc requests with precision. Coordinate with customers and distributors to maintain compliance and business standards, while implementing cutting-edge sales excellence tools and processes. Take charge of creating and managing Sales Compensation plans for our US businesses, monitoring performance to guide strategic financial planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting tools and drive strategic initiatives. Make a significant impact across our entire organization and push the boundaries of what’s possible!ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership– 70%Coach analysts upon determined best practicesOversee staff workload, ensuring work is processed in a timely and accurate mannerPartner with Marketing Team to ensure execution of campaigns Manage assigned operating expense plans of each teamManage escalated issues that develop within the teamsDevelop and implement tools to ensure compliance with established practices and protocols. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $160,000. The actual salary varies based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors.This position is also eligible to participate in the Hollister Corporate Bonus Plan. The Company also provides a unique Benefit of Employee Share Ownership Program (BESOP) program based on earnings and length of service. The Company’s health and welfare benefits include medical, prescription, dental, vision, spending/savings accounts, disability, company paid (parental and caregiver) leaves, statutory leaves/disability programs, accident, life, wellbeing, education assistance, adoption assistance, and voluntary benefit programs. The Company’s 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan includes: auto-enrollment, ROTH, vesting and eligible participants “safe harbor” matching contributions. The Company’s paid time off benefits include: 11 paid holidays, paid vacation based on length of service and exempt/non-exempt status, and sick days based on statutory requirements and/or exempt/non-exempt status.
