Overview:
Provides administrative oversight while executing a variety of corporate audit, finance, and tax functions. Assumes responsibility for supervising the staff, completing all necessary tasks, meeting deadlines, and documenting all activities and results.
Responsibilities:- Supervises, administers, encourages, and facilitates the development of the technical skills of the Corporate Finance staff.
- Writes reports and queries data from systems of record for financial and tax reporting.
- Serves as primary technical resource on all relevant accounting and reporting standards.
- Provides administrative oversight for the preparation of quarterly audit binders and corporate financial reporting.
- Assists in the preparation of audited financial statements of D-H and affiliates, D-H benefit plans, and the D-H obligated group.
- Assists in the preparation of annual budgets for D-H.
- Prepares and files a variety of non-tax external financial reporting requirements.
- Prepares and files various types of federal and state tax returns of the various D-H entities.
- Develops and maintains the post issuance bond compliance process.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree and with 8 years of relevant experience.
- A strong working knowledge of business software applications required.
- Must be organized, self-motivated, capable of working independently, and function as a team member.
- Must be able to function under time pressures and meet deadlines.
- CPA licensure required.
