As the Senior Manager, Business Analysis and Integration, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of professionals to meet operational objectives. You will participate in establishing objectives, providing advice and counsel, and directing team on the deployment of the Global Transportation Management System (TMS) product (OTM) for new and converting clients and supporting existing clients.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Responsible for leading a team of professionals to meet operational objectives
• Participate in establishing objectives, providing advice and counsel, and directing team on the deployment of the Global Transportation Management System (TMS) product (OTM) for new and converting clients and supporting existing clients
• Identify and implement improvements to existing operational systems
• Ensure accuracy of information for analysis
• Develop value-added approaches to TMS project challenges through analysis, innovation, and experience
• Interface with client and business teams to define requirements and solutions approach
• Build and improve strategic relationships with client senior management
• Eligible for telecommuting from home within reasonable commuting distance from Naperville, IL

What you need to succeed at RXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations or Management Information Systems or closely related
• Five (5) years post-bachelor's progressive experience in all of the following:
  • Analyzing, configuring, documentation and testing Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to existing operational systems (OTM)
  • Managing logistics for multi-industry customers
  • Cross functional business team and project management, business analysis, applications development, logistics or supply chain solutions
  • Utilizing lean tools value stream maps and Kaizen events to deploy OTM solutions
  • Technical solutions and provision of recommendations to internal and external customers
  • Managing a team of functional business analysts and OTM techno functional resources
