Job Description:
What You’ll Do
Responsible for managing a team that performs advanced analytics and provides intelligence and recommendations to solve business issues to business partners. Conducts advanced analytics including both qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify trends, variations, patterns, and insights. Ensures team members produce accurate and on-time delivery of analyses and recommendations.
Develops and coaches teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manages risk within the teams you oversee.
How You’ll Do It
Responsible for managing a team that performs advanced analytics and provides intelligence and recommendations to solve business issues to business partners. Conducts advanced analytics including both qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify trends, variations, patterns, and insights. Ensures team members produce accurate and on-time delivery of analyses and recommendations.
Partners with business and process owners to identify, build and implement models and strategies. Presents findings from analyses and makes recommendations to leadership.
Partners with leadership to ensure understanding of requirements and performance levers for each analysis. Identifies value drivers and partners with business and process owners to define success measures.
Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics
Masters in Business Administration and Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Analytics or related.
6+ years of experience in Quantitative/Analytics/Data Science role leading advanced analytics at scale or related.
1+ years of people leadership experience managing a team of analysts.
In Lieu of Education, 8+ years of Quantitative/Analytics/Data Science role with Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field.

Bonus Points If You Have
8+ years of work experience in Quantitative/Analytics/Data Science role leading advanced analytics at scale or related.
2+ years of People leadership experience managing a team of analysts.

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $106,000.00 to $178,800.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.
