About the Job
This employee performs advanced professional level work which involves a high degree of independent judgment and responsibility in the administration of the City. Responsibilities include maintaining liaison with various City departments and performing staff work which may involve administrative analysis, budget preparation and administration, management studies, and interaction with citizens. Performs related duties as required.
Job Duties will include:

Build Relationships. Build relationships with all levels of city employees and community stakeholders to better understand challenges across the city and identify opportunities to partner with other departments or organizations.
Be Passionate. Believe in and care deeply about serving the residents of Cincinnati through improving the services provided by city government.
Balance Qualitative and Quantitative Data. Understand how to collect and synthesize both qualitative and quantitative data from interviews, surveys, and research for the purpose of better understanding problems and designing solutions.
Communicate Effectively. Clearly communicate across mediums including facilitating innovation teams with varying levels of knowledge of the innovation process.
Think Strategically. Contribute to the direction of innovation and process improvement across the city.
Manage Time. Demonstrate superior time management skills: ability to effectively balance multiple responsibilities and priorities simultaneously.
Balanced Decision-making. Consider and weigh multiple (and sometimes conflicting) elements in the process of making decisions.
