Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilities Maintenance
- Applies expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, automation, robotics, motors, circuits, and power systems to troubleshoot and repair equipment and vehicles.
- Specializes in industrial, commercial, or residential electrical work, managing high and low voltage distribution, controls, and power supplies.
- Proficient in CNC, PLC, circuit boards, motors, controls, AC/DC power supplies. Troubleshoots, repairs, and installs electronic components and systems used in industrial equipment.
- Experienced in water, sewer, irrigation, gas, and air systems. Diagnoses, repairs, and installs various plumbing systems.
- Skilled in manual and CNC-powered mills, lathes, grinders. Reads drawings, uses shop equipment, and selects materials to fabricate or repair parts.
- Proficient in break, shear, cutting torch, welding (soldering, MIG, TIG, arc, gas). Reads plans, employs shop tools, and chooses materials for fabrication and repair.
Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required. Associates degree preferred.
- Vocational classes in Machining, Machine repair, HVAC, and industry certifications such as MT1, MSSC, are preferred.
- Completion of 2 year vocational school, Apprenticeship, or Journeyman status is preferred.
- 10 years of work experience in facilities maintenance.
