Senior Maintenance Technician - Nesco Resource

About the Job
Responsibilities:
Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems rotating equipment. Lubricate, clean, and repair machinery, equipment, and tools. Ability to troubleshoot issues and fix mechanical equipment. Will work on pumps, motors, agitators, piping systems. Evaluates and recommends equipment improvements to improve availability, capability and yield. Performs equipment failure analyses (including preventive and unscheduled maintenance). Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems. Prepares technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures. Has working knowledge and skills to perform a defined set of assignments. Applies experience and skills to complete assigned work within own area of expertise. Works within standard operating procedures and with a moderate degree of supervision.
Note: Must be able to work all scheduled nights of the shift. The shift is 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM alternating 4 days on and 4 days off.
For example, if the start of the rotation is on a Monday, the individual would be scheduled to work Monday - Thursday. Then the individual would take the next 4 days off which would be Friday - Next Monday. Finally, the individual would be scheduled to start next rotation next Tuesday - next Friday. This pattern continues forward 4 days on and 4 days off.
Qualifications:
Industrial construction/maintenance industry experience preferred
Generally familiar with tools and safe work practices
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs of rotating equipment
Lubricate, clean, and repair machinery, equipment, and tools
Ability to troubleshoot issues and fix mechanical equipment
General computer skills to access documents, email, maintenance procedures
Minimum 4 years industrial maintenance experience
NCCER Certified a plus
