Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team in Newark. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facility management and maintenance operations, ensuring the efficient and effective upkeep of our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct maintenance operations, ensuring optimal performance of all facilities and equipment.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies, schedules, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage a team of maintenance professionals, providing guidance, training, and development to staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with other departments to support operational goals and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• Monitor maintenance budgets, optimize resource allocation, and identify cost-effective solutions.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess facility conditions and maintenance needs.
• Utilize maintenance management systems to track work orders, asset management, and inventory control.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facility management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in FOOD Manufacturing maintenance management, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, tools, and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
