Amentum is seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst to manage and coordinate the logistics, procurement, and inventory management activities in support of ex-USN, ex-USCG and US supplied systems to multiple countries as part of the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program. The Senior Logistics Analyst will be responsible for executing all logistics and supply chain activities necessary to successfully support this project to include but not limited to receipt, inventory, retention, disposition, and shipping of previously used shipboard material.

Hiring Salary Range: $110,000-120,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data).

Essential responsibilities and daily duties will include:
+ Oversee, coordinate, and manage freight, supply, and operational logistics to maximize efficiency. evaluate, and identify methods and procedures to optimize and streamline operational processes.
+ Track and monitor supply and delivery data; perform data analysis to identify trends and maximize efficiency opportunities.
+ Provide comprehensive logistics support for all warehouse operations and shipping support performed under the contract to accomplish material and system readiness, which will include the following Integrated Product Support elements: Inventory Planning and Management, Supply Support, Packaging, Handling, Storage & Transportation (PHS&T), and OCONUS Shipping Support.
+ Oversee all international logistics support activities including shipping and compliance with customs regulations.
+ Develop and maintain itemized lists of required parts and materials for existing material and incoming inventory.
+ Liaison with local authorities, logistics, shipyard managers and shops, and project personnel to report status of logistics, maintenance, facilities, and/or operational solutions to specific issues encountered.
+ Oversee warehouse operations to ensure that Government owned property and material are received, stored and shipped safely and efficiently.
+ Input, track, review, and report status of Government/Contractor Furnished Equipment (GFE/CFE), material, and equipment configuration data.
+ Provide material support, forecasting, disposal recommendations, and disposal processing.
+ Provide coordination with DLA and DRMO activities to facilitate the disposal of designated material.
+ Research supply chain issues to identify potential problems and preemptively address them.
Minimum Requirements:
+ 6 years of experience in logistics planning and execution activities supporting a naval surface or undersea program/project office (i.e., NAVSEA, NSWC, INACT SHIPS, planning yards, etc.) to include experience in warehouse/logistics planning, supply support, packing/handling/transportation, and training.
+ Experience with standard inventory management systems.
+ An active Forklift License.
+ Ability to obtain a United States Passport.
+ Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS, as required.
+ Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to work onsite and remote.
+ Ability to obtain a secret US government clearance. Note: US citizenship is required to obtain a secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
+ Foreign Military Sales (FMS) experience.
+ Experience sourcing legacy USN materials and obsolescence issues.
