Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Senior Logistics Account Manager to join our team. As the main point of contact for multiple client accounts, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary contact for key client accounts, building and nurturing relationships grounded in integrity and understanding.
- Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to align our services and solutions effectively.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and reviews to maintain open communication and gather valuable feedback.
- Strategic Account Growth:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Identify upsell and cross-selling opportunities to boost revenue and enhance client value.
- Work with internal teams to propose customized solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Management and Negotiation:
- Oversee renewals, pricing, and modifications in collaboration with sales and executive teams.
- Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and service level agreements.
- Conduct onsite client visits when necessary.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor key account metrics, track performance, and address any issues proactively.
- Prepare and deliver detailed reports to clients showcasing value delivered and improvements achieved.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, sales, and leadership to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Take on additional projects or duties as assigned by the Management Team.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of related experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Organized and dependable with flexibility to assist in various office areas.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with both clients and internal teams.
- Proven ability in organizational direction, time management, goal setting, and interpersonal relations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Self-starter with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
