Seeking a Driven Sales Professional for Exciting Opportunity

Currently, we're on the lookout for an exceptional B2C sales professional with a knack for in-home, one-call closes. In this role, you'll thrive on the challenge of converting warm leads from residential property owners, sealing the deal on the first meeting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engagement and Connection: Spend 40% of your time engaging with pre-vetted leads, assessing deals, and scheduling in-person appointments. Note that we also conduct virtual home purchases, allowing for remote appointments.
- Deal Evaluation: Dedicate 10% of your time to assessing the financial feasibility of potential deals.
- Client Meetings: Allocate 40% of your time to building rapport with property owners and securing deals on-site. Utilize your persuasive skills to overcome objections and close sales efficiently.
- Property Assessment: Invest 5% of your time in evaluating properties for repair costs through quick assessments.
- Team Collaboration: Dedicate 5% of your time to attending internal team meetings, fostering alignment, and refining strategies for enhanced field support.
Qualifications:
Sales Proficiency:
- Demonstrated success in consistently closing new business on the first meeting.
- Strong rapport-building skills coupled with a direct selling approach, employing diverse sales techniques to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Professional demeanor, serving as the face of our company in client interactions.
- Positive mindset, adaptability, and a commitment to ongoing learning and skill refinement.
- Proven experience in in-home sales and objection handling.
- Exceptional listening and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a tenacious attitude.
