Key Responsibilities:

- Pipeline Management: Maintain an active pipeline, surpassing production targets while delivering exceptional service.
- Networking: Cultivate and nurture relationships within the banking, real estate, and builder communities to expand business opportunities.
- Transaction Oversight: Oversee customer interactions, collaborating with realtors, processors, and underwriters to facilitate smooth transactions.
Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with outstanding interpersonal abilities and decision-making prowess.
- Licensing: Hold a current NMLS State License or Federal NMLS Registration.
- Experience: Bring several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending to the table.
- Software Proficiency: Previous experience with Office Suite and loan origination software, such as Experian, Calyx, or LendingWise, is advantageous.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with state and federal regulations, as well as company underwriting policies and guidelines, is essential.
- Location: Must be licensed and reside in NC, SC, or VA.
