You will be responsible for the high-level strategy, design, and certification as well as project-based design, deployment, and troubleshooting of a variety of systems and systems virtualization projects.What you will do:Provide day-to-day support and application guidance of load balancing tools such as Citrix NetScaler and F5Drive strategic direction, design, certification, and standardization of the load-balancing environmentTroubleshoot and resolve escalated issues related to NetScaler and Big-IQCoordinate with OEM and vendor for any issuesResponsible for upgrading firmware of NetScaler and F5 Big-IP devices per vendor recommendation and certified MOPCreate load-balancing resource utilization report to share and discuss with team and managementCreate, amend, edit, and delete custom configuration related to virtual server, certificate, policy settings, etc.Provide detailed documentation of environment while providing excellent customer service to various internal and external clientsWhat you will need to have: 6+ years of experience with Citrix NetScaler and/or F5 load balancer design and deployment6+ years of experience in LTM and GTM technologies6+ years of experience with installing and troubleshooting HA, GSLB, Content switching, access gateway, SSL VPN, related issues4+ years of experience working within VMware environments utilizing HA and DRS4+ years of experience with Active Directory GPO, DNS, CA, Radius, and domain related functionsBachelor’s degree in computer science, or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experienceWhat would be great to have:Strong oral and written communication skillsPrior experience with multi-factor authentication solutionAbility to develop technical relationships with end-users, OEMs and other teamsExposure to automation tools such as Python and AnsibleIndustry certifications such as F5 Certified Technology Specialist (F5-CST) and F5 Certified Solution Expert (F5-CSE)Salary Range$112,700.00 - $201,400.00These pay ranges apply to employees in Colorado, Hawaii, Nevada, Rhode Island and Washington.
