Your next job as a Senior Living Sales Consultant will have you developing relationships in the community while promoting services to help establish and maintain occupancy levels.
- Develop and execute a marketing strategy to achieve goals through relationship-selling
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales forecasts
- Manage and track all leads to ensure they’re followed up within a timely manner with a lead tracking system and reporting data
- Answer family inquiries, conduct personal visits, and give tours and information The flexibility of off-scheduled hours will be needed.
- Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective referral and payer sources
- Build and monitor a positive perception of the building and operations as a high-quality provider in the local community within a 10-20 mile radius
- Identify opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs
- Experience in geriatrics, senior care, or healthcare for Seniors preferred
- Associate degree in Business, Marketing, or Public Relations
- Sales CRM and MS Office knowledge
- Achieve and maintain 95%+ occupancy through marketing, public relations, and sales activities
- Coordinate all advertising, presentations, direct mail, and referral networking activity along with creative follow-up and determination
- Stay up to date with family members, care providers, social services, and other professionals to ensure successful placement and residency. Be involved with family events at the property
- Build a solid networking group by joining clubs and other various associations
- Receive, and record all reservation deposits and other fees related to marketing efforts
- Oversee move-ins, orientation, and move-outs
- Interact with a close-knit and respectful leadership team
- Strong English communication skills are essential for seamless interaction with both residents and colleagues.
