The Peninsula Regent is seeking a full-time on-site Senior Living Sales Associate.
In this role, you will provide personalized attention to each prospective resident, ensuring that each resident and their family member's needs are met through the entire sales process. You will report to the Director of Membership Services/Broker and work alongside a team of Sales Associates to meet sales goals while providing an exceptional customer experience.
Salary: $78,000 - $80,000 / annually DOE
What you’ll be doing:
- Demonstrate PRS Core Values (excellence, innovation, integrity, stewardship, compassion, and collaboration) in all tasks.
- Use relationship-based sales by personalizing the approach to each prospective resident based on their needs and personality.
- Manage sales pipeline: qualify leads, track in CRM, receive deposits, and complete move-ins.
- Maintain market awareness and apply competitive insights to sales activities while documenting customer feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams, participate in coaching and training, and produce routine sales reports to support decision-making.
About you:
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience, ideally in Senior Living or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills; friendly, outgoing, and customer-service-oriented.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Valid CA Real Estate License and proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and social media platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, marketing, or related field preferred.
