Summary
As a Senior Litigation Support Analyst, you will work with project managers and case teams on litigation matters. You will assist attorneys on cases by providing computerized support to help them plan, organize, research, analyze, argue, and present their cases in a more cost and time efficient manner. You will also prioritize the day-to-day support of data management and review platforms. You will provide technology support and services to an assigned office, location, or practice group.
Location
This position can be remote. Candidates should reside within reasonable commuting distance to the home office and must be based in one of the following offices: San Francisco, Austin, Dallas, Houston, Phoenix, Atlanta, New York, Chicago, Baltimore, or Short Hills area. Candidates may be required on occasion to visit the local office when/if needed.
Responsibilities
+ Assists in managing cases/projects on various levels and at various stages of the litigation process.
+ Creates and supports various databases throughout the duration of a case, including creating user accounts, granting access, creating review layouts and assisting with searches.
+ Provides daily metrics of document reviews; generates data productions and performs quality control before data is produced.
+ Processes electronically stored information (ESI) for upload into data review platform.
+ Assists attorney in trial preparation and set-up of electronic equipment in the courtroom; provides court assistance as required.
+ Assist with data imports and exports and data manipulation, as needed.
+ Processes ESI through sophisticated technology application for data analysis, such as Clearwell.
+ Targets ESI collection from hard drives and backup tapes with Index Engines; assist with collection efforts on an as needed basis.
+ Provides timelines and estimates to the project manager for all data being processed.
+ Mentors other members of the team.
+ Assists in developing /maintaining best practices for the department.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Desired Skills
Excellent project management skills required to manage a variety of complex projects with tight deadlines. Ability to work with varying levels of employees, paralegal, attorneys and vendors with a focus towards customer satisfaction. Must have demonstrated proficiency in the entire litigation support process including the use of database management, searching and reporting, scanning and coding procedures, electronic discovery management, document production and trial support. Strong analytical and problem solving skills required to resolve complex issues using technology. Must be able to handle high stress situations and deal successfully with conflict. Must be able to exercise sound independent judgment under minimal direct supervision. Project leadership experience required.
Minimum Education
+ High School or GED
Preferred Education
+ 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree inComputer Science, Information Technology or related field.
Minimum Years of Experience
+ 6 years’ experience in litigation technology support to include the installation, configuration and maintenance of applications such as Relativity, Concordance, LiveNote, CaseMap and Sanction. Must have experience with electronic evidence, large-scale printing, document repositories, and extranet technologies.

The expected pay range for this position, if hired to work in New York City is $ 58.00 – $ 96.00 per hour. If hired to work in San Francisco the expected pay range is $60.00 - $ 100.00 per hour. Non-exempt positions will be paid on an hourly basis and paid overtime in accordance with applicable laws. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications.
