• Research court rules, implement procedures, and handle e-filing in state and federal courts.
• Format documents, convert handwritten changes to redline documents, and handle large sets of discovery.
• Monitor deadlines, update calendars, and manage email communications.
• Work with vendors for scheduling depositions, large print jobs, and database management.
• Maintain and update the firm's website.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 7 years in civil litigation, with proficiency in e-filing systems for state and federal courts.
• Strong skills in MS Office and Adobe.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Excellent written English skills, including spelling, grammar, and document formatting.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle confidential information with discretion.
