Lateral Link is closely working with a thriving boutique firm regarding its search for an experienced litigation attorney. The firm is committed to expanding its litigation practice, including trial work, and no book of business is required. The position can be based in Los Angeles or Orange County.

The ideal candidate will have:

· 8+ years of commercial litigation experience, preferably from a large firm

· Excellent case management and legal research/writing skills

· Trial experience is a plus, but not a requirement

· Top academic credentials

· A license to practice law in California (active and in good standing)
