As a Senior Litigation Attorney, you will play a vital role in our litigation team, handling complex cases and advocating for consumer rights. You will have the opportunity to work on high-profile cases, including warranty breaches, personal injury, product liability, and class action law, and contribute to our mission of delivering justice to our clients.
Qualifications:
- A J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of litigation experience with a focus on consumer rights, warranty breaches, personal injury, product liability, and class action law.
- Must be licensed to practice law in the state of California and in good standing.
- Proficient in using Westlaw for legal research.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a proven track record of successful settlement negotiations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions and provide accurate legal advice.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present complex legal arguments clearly and persuasively.
- A strong consumer advocacy mindset with a passion for protecting and upholding consumer rights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
