Senior Litigation Associate - Nathan & Kamionski LLP

Nathan & Kamionski LLP, a prominent litigation firm with a presence in Chicago, Baltimore, Detroit, and Long Island, is currently seeking seasoned litigators to join its legal team in the Detroit, Long Island, and Baltimore offices.

Our firm has a broad litigation practice, representing a diverse array of clients including municipalities, police officers, companies, and health care facilities. Our work encompasses a wide range of complex legal issues, both in the public and private sectors, across various jurisdictions. The scope of our litigation extends to defending against general constitutional claims, analyzing complex legal issues, as well as handling intricate commercial litigation matters.

We are looking for a candidate who brings 5 to 10 years of solid litigation experience, with a strong emphasis on at least 3 years in federal litigation. The ideal applicant will demonstrate exceptional writing skills, characterized by clarity, organization, and persuasiveness. Furthermore, candidates with experience in a federal judicial clerkship or at the state appellate level will be given preferential consideration.
