What You'll Do
- Support partners with critical administrative tasks
- Research and implement court rules and e-filing (State & Federal)
- Manage discovery documents, deadlines, and calendars
- Format, convert, and organize legal documents (Word/PDF)
- Handle electronic publications and email organization
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years in CA commercial litigation support
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, and court e-filing systems
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, professional, and discreet
