Senior Commercial Loan Officer

As a Senior Commercial Loan Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the commercial lending operations. You will be responsible for originating, structuring, and managing complex commercial loan portfolios while providing leadership and expertise to junior staff. This position requires a deep understanding of commercial lending practices, exceptional analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

• Loan Origination and Business Development
• Loan Structuring and Underwriting
• Portfolio Management
• Customer Service and Relationship Management
• Leadership and Mentorship
• Compliance and Documentation

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience preferred
• Proven track record of successful loan origination and portfolio management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and lead a team 
• At least 18 years old and can provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and/or drug screen
