Senior Legal Administrator/Floater
We are currently seeking candidates for a Senior Legal Administrator/Floater at an international law firm with a location in Downtown, Boston, MA, 02109.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced administrative support role at a law firm professional services environment.
This role will be working with high level individuals and will need to communicate effectively. On-site 5 days per week.
Yearly salary: Up to $90K (based on relative work experience) within a 40-hour work week.

Responsibilities:
- Administrative support and client service for assigned team
- Schedule and coordinate appointment calendars
- Presentation preparation including editing, collating and distributing materials
- Assistance with preparation and distribution of monthly and quarterly client reporting materials
- Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements
- Coordinate weekly meetings
- Document scanning and filing
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Greet and direct visitors
- Set up conference calls
- Assist in day-to-day operations
- Assist in projects
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of administrative experience in fast paced administrative support role
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Thoroughness, attention to detail and accuracy
