About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to join the Consumer and Business Banking Deposits Financial Product Team.
This team is responsible for developing product value propositions and go-to-market strategies that drive customer and balance growth coupled with high customer satisfaction.
As a key member of the Small Business Deposits Product Team; you will focus on leading growth initiatives and future state product strategy for our business analyzed/treasury product set.
You will be responsible for leading, defining and orchestrating a future state product line for our business analyzed product and outlining exceptional omni-channel experiences with measurable business outcomes and customer benefits.

Ability to create strategies and build products and solutions tailored to analyzed business banking and treasury managementAbility to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver high impact presentations to senior leaders that leverages data to convey a meaningful storyDetail oriented with solid analytics and insights skills and the ability to synthesize data to make decisionsExpert knowledge and understanding of product or program management: development of roadmaps, strategies, and management of products ranging from concepts in ideation through to market deliveryExperience working in an Agile organizationProven track record of delivering resultsSelf-starter with high energy and motivation who works well independently and can lead cross-functional teamsAbility to develop and maintain strong relationships with key partnersStrong sense of urgency and results oriented with the ability to motivate teams and mobilize resourcesStrong relationship management, influencing, vision, operational and execution skills.
