We’re seeking a driven marketing colleague to join our innovative, high-performing Lead Generation team.The OCLC Senior Lead Generation Programs Manager is responsible for independently strategizing and managing a variety of complex sales campaigns engineered to create sales leads and nurture the Americas sales pipeline. The Senior Lead Generation Programs Manager strategizes, plans, creates, executes, and analyzes multiple campaigns utilizing a variety of tactics, to develop impactful lead generating marketing efforts. This position requires a dedicated, innovative professional with strong communication, negotiation, and execution skills.
A successful OCLC Lead Generation Programs Manager will:
- Strategize, plan, create, execute, and analyze web event, email marketing, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales, product teams, and technical experts to develop campaign plans that address current market needs, ensure adequate lead creation for the sales team, and align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with product marketing teams on consistent and effective campaign collateral messaging to align with global brand strategies.
- Work with colleagues on the Lead Generation team to develop targeted marketing plans with coherent integration of marketing tactics, including the process of developing a quarterly campaign calendar.
- Explore new audience segmentation and tactics to ensure fresh, timely campaigns of interest to target market.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop campaign logistics utilizing various digital marketing tools, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), Formstack, and WebEx.
- Actively explore innovative tactics and approaches to continually evolve and improve lead generating programs.
- Develop and refine detailed campaign reporting, analyze outcomes, and adjust campaigns as needed.
- Monitor channel performance on an ongoing basis and implement strategies to maximize campaign impact.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- 7+ years of lead generating campaign and/or marketing program planning and execution in a B-to-B environment.
- Proven experience using multiple marketing campaign tactics including web event management, email marketing, and social media campaign execution.
- Team-oriented, collaborative working style with strong interpersonal communication skills and business savvy.
- Extensive experience managing numerous simultaneous marketing programs and managing relationship with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Excellent written, communication and organizational skills, with strong skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement/Pardot (or similar email marketing automation platform), WebEx (or similar web event management application), and Salesforce Sales Cloud (or similar CRM system).
