Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Landscape Architect position include:

• Degree in Landscape Architecture required.
• 5-12 years of experience in high-end residential design-build projects.
• Ability to manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring design integrity.
• Strong hand-drawing skills; proficiency in CAD is a plus.
• Experience in client-facing roles, particularly in sales and project presentations.
• Flexibility to work 8-5, with some ability to accommodate personal appointments.
• Willingness to be in-office, with potential travel for local projects.

Salary: $80,000 per year base with the potential to earn $150,000 per year with bonuses, commensurate with experience.
