Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Landscape Architect position include:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
7+ years of experience in landscape architecture, ideally with high-end residential projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and design software such as SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
Extensive plant knowledge for regional climates and luxury aesthetics.
Strong project management skills with experience in client relations.
Lead high-end residential landscape projects from concept through completion.
Conduct site analysis and develop design solutions tailored to client preferences.
Create detailed plans, renderings, and construction documents.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and timelines for successful delivery.
Collaborate with architects, builders, and contractors to ensure cohesive designs.
Present designs and updates during client meetings.
Stay informed on industry trends and sustainability practices.

Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
