Senior Landscape Architect/Director - Atlanta Metro

Join a growing, employee-owned consulting firm with a rich history and a mission to improve communities through design. As Senior Landscape Architect/ Director, you'll lead a talented team across multiple offices, driving impactful projects in parks, greenways, streetscapes, and site development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a creative team of landscape architects.
• Manage projects, client relationships, and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee design, documentation, and contractor coordination.
• Collaborate with engineers, planners, and developers to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Landscape Architecture or related field.
• 10 years of design and leadership experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and other tools.
• Strong design, graphic, communication, and project management skills.
• Registered Landscape Architect or ability to obtain registration in GA/SC within 6 months.
