Toll Brothers, America's leading luxury home builder, seeks a Senior Land Acquisition Analyst to assist in the investigation and assessment of land purchase opportunities. This position will be based in our office in Alpharetta, Georgia.
What is the opportunity?
The Sr. Land Acquisition Analyst position is responsible for examining data and using the findings to make recommendations about business decisions. This role studies market competition, costs, strategy, business models, processes, and workflows, while spotting inefficiencies and finding opportunities for land acquisitions and operations to be streamlined and improved.
What are the primary responsibilities?
- Examine Land Acquisition Data, Operations and Land Development
- Perform market analysis gathering competitive information pricing, specs, cycle times
- Communicate findings and make recommendations for process improvements
- Collaborate with employees from other departments – Land Development, Purchasing, Operations, Accounting, Finance
- Train and mentor new Land Acquisition Analysts
- All other duties as assigned

Do you have these qualifications?
- Essential:
- Bachelor’s Degree with a major/concentration in business, economics, finance, or accounting
- 3 - 5 years of experience required
- Preferred:
- MBA
